RNA-Seq data was obtained for six RNA samples of T. thermophila (growth: ~3.5X105 cells/ml; starvation: 3 and 15 hours; conjugation: 2 and 8 hours after mixing) using Illumina deep sequencing. The data covered more than 96% of the predicted genes. Transcripts can be accessed through Gbrowse or Blast.
