Genome-wide gene expression data of T. thermophila at 20 time points during growth (~1X105 cells/ml, ~3.5 X105 cells/ml and ~1X106 cells/ml), starvation (at 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 and 24 hours) and conjugation (at 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18 hours after mixing) was done by the Gorovsky lab at the University of Rochester, the Miao Lab at the Institute of Hydrobiolgy, Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Pearlman Lab at York University.

The gene expression profiles for each gene and its candidate co-expressed genes can be retrieved using Gene ID or Gene description searches.
